    The Spectrum Compact Capillary Electrophoresis (CE) System is a compact, desktop device engineered for Sanger sequencing and fragment analysis tasks. It facilitates Sanger sequencing processes to validate NGS base call accuracy and offers an effective approach for confirming genome edits in transformed cultures.

    This system is compatible with current sequencing chemistries, utilizing fluorescently tagged dideoxynucleotide triphosphates (ddNTPs), along with 4-, 5-, and 6-color STR kits from Promega, as well as other kits available on the market.
