    Elevate Your Research with T-STORE®: The Future of Tissue Storage and Transportation

    As dedicated researchers, we understand the significance of our biological samples. The integrity of these samples plays a crucial role in the authenticity and reliability of our research findings. That's why we are excited to introduce T-STORE®- the future of tissue and cell storage and transportation.

    T-STORE® (Tissue Store) is an innovative, sterile, chemically defined, and optimized media that provides a stable storage and shipping environment for mammalian tissue samples​​. It has been designed to maintain the integrity of tissue samples, significantly reducing necrosis and apoptosis, the two primary contributors to sample degradation, eliminating the need to immediately stain/extract RNA/ snap freeze/ fix cell or tissue samples.

    This groundbreaking product utilizes a robust buffering system, allowing its use over a wide temperature range from +2°C to +37°C. It mimics the basic composition of interstitial fluid, thereby maintaining tissues’ acid-base (pH) balance during storage and transportation. These features ensure that tissues can be used successfully for up to 72 hours following removal, retaining their genetic and histological profiles​.

    One of the key features of T-STORE® is its ability to create a homeostatic environment that is isosmotic, isotonic, and isoionic with human serum and interstitial fluid. This makes it suitable for maintaining isolated tissues and cells for hours or even days, as your research requires (See Fig. 1). Its applications are vast, including the storage and transport of tissue samples/biopsies prior to analysis and the storage of cells following dissociation/isolation or enrichment prior to further analysis, allowing researchers to take care of these precious and time sensitive materials at their own pace and leisure.​​ RNA and protein integrity is maintained in all samples as well as their morphological structure enabling delaying all analysis applications for up to 3 days (See table 1).
