The NanoBRET® Target Engagement (TE) Intracellular Kinase Assays enable quantitative measurement of specific interactions between kinases and inhibitors within living cells using Bioluminescence Resonance Energy Transfer (BRET). This assay is designed to measure the apparent cellular affinity of test compounds that are competitively displaced by a cell-permeable fluorescent NanoBRET® tracer, which is reversibly bound to a kinase-NanoLuc® luciferase fusion within cells.
