Dulbecco’s Phosphate Buffered Saline (DPBS) without calcium and magnesium (Cat. L0615) is a sterile, filtered isotonic solution designed to maintain the physiological conditions and morphology of mammalian cells.

The absence of calcium and magnesium ions prevents inhibition of trypsin activity, making it ideal for washing cells during dissociation procedures, cell dilution, pre-count washes, and use as a buffer in chromatographic processes.
