Biowest’s DMEM/F12 (Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium: Nutrient Mixture F-12) is a widely used, versatile cell culture medium that combines the high nutrient levels of DMEM with the diverse components of Ham’s F-12. This formulation includes L-Glutamine and is buffered with 15 mM HEPES, offering improved pH stability for extended handling outside CO₂ incubators.

This medium supports the growth of a broad spectrum of mammalian cell lines, including primary cells, transformed cells, and hybridomas. It is ideal for serum-supplemented or serum-free applications in both adherent and suspension cultures.
